AHA Family & Friends CPR is an accessible class that only take two hours, requires no testing, and gives members of the community and industry access to high quality low pressure CPR training.  

This class has no card, only a certificate.  This offering is perfect for workplaces and community groups that want an extra level of safety.  

Free community classes are also part of the future of CertServe and will posted on social media.

AHA BLS CPR is the industry standard for healthcare providers of all kinds.  This is accepted for certification for operations in clinics and private practices of all types.

AHA HeartSaver CPR AED First Aid is a highly customizable curriculum that can be fitted to most licensures and professional certifications that are not specifically in healthcare.  

This course can include all of or any combination of course modules including but not limited to Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED/First Aid. 

Student/Instructor Ratio up to 9:1

AHA HeartSaver Pediatric CPR AED First Aid is similarly customizable and covers much the same topics as HeartSaver.  The primary difference is its focus on the care of and special circumstances concerning children.

I recommend this course for childcare providers and anybody carrying licensure for the care of children.

Upon completion of the AHA online Portion of a Hybrid course a test out with a certified instructor is required. These courses are available on the AHA ShopCPR website.

The student will need to present the instructor with proof of completion to receive a skills test out and a certification card.

HSI CPR AED First Aid provides training in all the same skills as AHA offerings.  The primary difference is where the certification is accepted for licensure and professional certification and class sizes IE student/instructor ratio.

For this reason, I recommend this course to individuals and businesses who have contacted and confirmed that HSI certification is accepted.  This is also a great course for workplaces looking to increase workplace safety and individuals who want to be prepared.

Student/Instructor Ratio up to 12:1

HSI Wilderness First Aid is a detailed program designed for non-healthcare providers who are required to or desire training in remote first aid.  It can be paired with HSI CPR AED which is recommended.  A background in first aid is desirable, but not required.  This is a two-day course.

I recommend this course for many coaching and youth mentoring settings.

At this time this course can be delivered on request to groups of up to a stated ratio| Student/Instructor Ratio up to 10:1

An abbreviated option for wilderness first aid skills perfect for families, groups, and outdoor enthusiasts that don't require certification for licensing.  This course presents a short lecture and presentation followed by a hands on experience that can be catered to you and your groups needs and interests.  Options include advanced bleeding control, field expedient splinting and immobilization, backwoods patient movement, and much more! A truly customizable option.

I recommend this course for many coaching and youth mentoring settings as well as all interested in a safer more prepared wilderness experience.

ASHI Bloodborne Pathogens is an OSHA-approved course for individuals with job classifications requiring knowledge of how to avoid exposure to infectious bodily fluids as well as what to do in the case of exposure.

This class is primarily applied to places of business and their employees where OSHA requires it.

At CertServe we are aware of the urgency and sometimes difficulty obtaining medical certifications in a timely manner.   

For this reason, myself or an instructor working for CertServe will do our best to provide card classes to small groups or individuals as well as on short notice when necessary.  We will also come to you at no extra charge in Virginia/Hibbing areas.  In-home or satellite classes are welcome without additional charge.

In these situations, pricing premiums apply.  They are charged only once and NOT per student.

Short Notice (less than a week) $50

 The following statistics were found among 2,000 employees in corporate offices, the hospitality industry, education, and industry/labor:

• It is estimated that 55 percent of workers are not able to get first aid or CPR and AED training from their employers.
• If training is available, it is usually either CPR or first aid, not both.
• In the US, half of all workers are unable to locate an AED at work.
• Sixty-six percent of hospitality employees are unable to locate an AED.
